From the Project info panel, select Personnel management.
The Manage personnel window displays.
Select the person code for the person you want to add or remove relations from.
The Person details - <person code> window opens.
Select the Gear icon > Edit person.
The Editing person - <person code> window opens.
Select the Relations tab.
From the Position drop down, ensure the person's position is selected.
The Available personnel and Current subordinates displays update.
From the Manager drop down, ensure the person's manager is selected, if applicable.
The Available personnel and Current subordinates lists update.
To add a relation, from the Available personnel list, select the checkbox next to the persons you would like to add to the Current subordinates list and select Add.
The person displays in the Current subordinates list.
To remove a relation, from the Current subordinates list, select the checkbox next to the persons you would like to remove from the Current subordinates list and select Remove.
The person displays in the Available personnel list.
Select Save.
The relations for the person are updated.
